Point Blank receives and stores any information you enter on our websites or otherwise provide to us. It is your option to not provide certain information, however should you choose to not provide certain information, you may be unable to take advantage of certain features on our websites. Point Blank uses the information that you provide for many purposes, but primarily: responding to your requests, improving our site, and communicating with you.

Point Blank will not share your contact information with any third parties. We will use your email address and/or fax # to send you order confirmations and occasional promotions. Of course, you may opt-out from the promotions at any time.
Sharing your information
The information collected by Point Blank is used for processing orders, keeping you informed about your order status, statistical purposes, improving our websites, and for promotional considerations. We will disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties to charge your credit card, fill your order, deliver your order, provide customer service, provide you with credit and deliver promotional e-mails to you from Point Blank. As an example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment; and release your address and telephone information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered.

We may provide non-personally identifiable information about our customers’ sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to third parties, but these statistics do not include any personally identifiable information. We may release account information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our terms and conditions or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Point Blank, our users, or others. If customers do not pay us for products ordered, we may submit their account information to a third-party collection agency.
